We are the joint-venture company. The foreign part is Axletek, the
famous axles company in America, which is one of the biggest axles
and spare parts company in North America market.
We have R&D Dept in Detroit, our technical is the high level in
the world, and the main-tech has passed the appraisal by the U.S.
authorities. The products quality is safe and reliable, and more
than 90% are export to North America.
Our company has already got the ISO9001, TS16949 and U.S.A. CSA
certificate.
Our main products include brake pad, brake shoe, axles and brake
assembly.
For the brake pad and brake shoe we have about 1500 items for the
mainly personal and commercial automobiles, such as American car,
Japanese car and Korea car etc. We adopted the one-step-method
technical to produce the brake pad so our products have the
beautiful appearance and steady quality and export to many
countries. We have our own technical Dept. and the own Laboratory,
we inspect every lots of the material and products to assure the
quality. All of our products are asbestos -free and we have the
materials of semi-metallic, low-metal and ceramic. The products are
according with the Chinese Standard of GB5763-98, Germany Standard
TL-110 and the America Standard SAE etc.
For the brake assembly, we have the electrics and hydraulics for
the trailers and mobile home in the North America and Australia
market and also have the items for light trucks and farm vehicles
in the domestic and overseas markets with OEM quality.
We have our own pressing workshop, not only produce the back plate
for our own products but also can produce all kinds of stampings
for the difference requirement.
We also have the products of axles, electromagnets and slide
platform etc.
