White Liquid Cement Based Waterproofing Coating For Waterproofing
DWD cement-based waterproofing coating is composed of a polymer
emulsion mixing aid (acrylic acid, etc.) and inorganic material
(special cement, a special powder made of various active
chemicals). It is suitable for bonding with waterproofing membranes as cement
adhesives for roofs, basements, pools, kitchens, toilets, etc. It
can be combined with the waterproofing membrane to form a composite
Besides that, the coating is available as caulks for fixing cracks
of waterproofing jobs.
Good effect of waterproof, anti-seepage.
Easy to use, can be applied to damp substrate.
Water-soluble and environmentally friendly products, non-toxic and
Excellent adhesion to substrates.
Safety and non-inflammable.
Parameters and Standard
The parameters of DWD waterproofing coating meet the standard of GB/T 23445-2009 Polymer-modified cement compounds for waterproofing membrane, type III as shown below.

How to use?
Mixing ratio- Comp. A (powder) : Comp. B (liquid) : Water=10: 5: 1
part by weight.
Mix comp. B (liquid) with a small amount of water together into the
mixing tank, then gradually add Comp. A (powder) and use a
low-speed electric mixer (max. 250 r.p.m.) till these three
materials in barely dripping consistency (Mixing time approx. 3
The mixed material should be used up within 3 hours, and do not add
water during the use.
1. Applied temperature range is 5 ° C ~ 35 ° C, and unavailable
2. The substrate should be smooth, solid, clean and free of water.
3. The thickness of the bonding material should be greater than
1.2mm. The amount of bonding material should be 2.2kg/m2~2.7kg/m2 when the bonding thickness is 1.2mm.
Package and Storage
Products should be stored in dry, ventilated and cool places to
prevent rain, explosion, and freezing.
Shelf life is 12 months under correct storage and transportation
conditions (temperature 5 °C ~ 35 °C).
