This inflatable lifebuoy with throwing line and cover is made of:
Outer Plastic shell, TPU air chamber, Automatic inflation device, CO2 cylinder.

Before use, all the components are in the outer shell. There is an intake in one side of the lifebuoy, and the other side is screwed by nut.

There is a 30mtrs rope which is connected to the lifebuoy.
when found drowning, people can throw the safety buoy beside the drown people. when the buoy immersing into water, it will inflate into a buoy within 5 second and float above water. the drown people can be saved by catching the inflatable buoy and keep above the water.

It have advantage of small size, light weight, easy throwing, and suit for used in emergency situation.
