Five things to keep you from burning your motor
1. Keep the motor clean. During the operation of the motor, there
must be no dust, water stains, and debris within 3 meters of the
air inlet. Otherwise, once it is sucked into the motor, it will
form a short-circuit medium or damage the wire insulation, causing
a short circuit between the boxes and burning the motor. Therefore,
to ensure the safe operation of the motor, it is necessary to keep
the motor and its surroundings clean so that the motor can maintain
a safe and stable working state during long-term operation.
2. Ensure that the motor always works at rated current
Motor overload operation is mainly caused by too much drag load,
low voltage, or mechanical jam caused by driving. If the overload
time is too long, the motor will absorb a large amount of active
power from the grid. As a result, the current will increase
rapidly, and the temperature will rise accordingly, which will
easily cause the motor to burn out. Therefore, it is necessary to
ensure that the motor always works at the rated current and pay

3. Pay attention to checking the temperature of the motor. Workers
should always check the temperature of the bearing, stator, and
