PCM-0825219 fully automatic plate slitting and lug brushing machine is specially designed for the trimming
and polishing the lugs of the plates of sealing batteries. It has the following features: advanced designs,
smooth running, reliable, continuous productivity and high automation. It is environment protection equipment
since the operation is separate from production and the production condition is completely closed.
Function: lug cutting segment, total cut off fake lugs. Brush both side of the lug. Conveyer delivery the fake
plates and lead powder.
Advantage: Adjustable height of the steel-brush wheel to prolong its service life. Uninterrupted continuous
production. Easy changing of the steel-brush wheel which is comparable to foreign made wheel.
