Introduction

YP683/YP685 is a solvent-free,two-component, hand-brush polyurea elastic material, which is made of semi-prepolymer, polyether polyamine, delayed diamine chain extender and other raw materials cured and molded on site. In the environment of -5℃, the handmade polyurea can still be cured quickly, and the coating film is dense without foaming. YP683/YP685 Polyurea Waterproof and Anticorrosive Coating has excellent mechanical properties, media resistance, outdoor aging resistance, excellent adhesion.

Characteristics

1. Room temperature curing. Surface drying in 12 hours, curing in 24 hours.
2. Excellent physical and chemical properties, good adhesion to all kinds of substrates.
3. Convenient construction, high efficiency, one-time construction can meet the design thickness requirements(Hundreds of microns to centimeters).
4. Good leveling, integral film, dense and seamless coating.
5. Adopt manual scraping or rolling coating, which is professional, convenient and controllable.
6. Solvent-free, not contain heavy metals, green environmental protection.
7. It has a 100% solid content, and no VOC(volatile organic compound) so it is environmentally friendly.
8. The coating is continuous, dense, seamless, beautiful and practical.

Storage and transportation

YP683/YP685 Polyurea Waterproof and Anticorrosive Coating should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse. It is strictly prohibited to be exposed to rain and sun. Keep away from fire source.
The shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture without opening the original packaging. Beyond the storage period can be tested according to the items specified in this product standard if it meets the technical requirements can still be used. Please use as soon as possible after opening. Reseal and store when not in use.
YP683/YP685 Polyurea Waterproof and Anticorrosive Coating does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, it shall be strictly prohibited to be exposed to rain and sun, avoid violent collision, stacked safely and smoothly, and comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.
