PENTA LASER Bolt Series is Penta's high end series for customers that demands extremely high performance and efficiency.High precision single phase full automatic AC stabilizer consists of contact auto transfer,service motor, automatic control circuit.When the power voltage is not stable or the load has changed, the control circuit will send signal to drive the service motor to adjust the position of the carbon brush of the contact auto transfer in order to get the rated power voltage and and keep it stable.

Because of the small laser spot, high energy density, fast cutting speed, laser cutting can therefore get better cutting quality.

Cutting surface is smooth and beautiful, the surface roughness is only a few dozen microns, laser cutting can be used as the final working procedure, parts can be even used directly without mechanical processing.

Heat affected zone is very small, material performance is hardly affected near the kerf width , and the workpiece deformation is small. Also, kerf geometry is good , slitting rectangular cross-section shapes appear to be regular.

The base consists of foundation, working table, beam,slider, ram, cooling system,pneumatic system,
suction system,dross cleaner, enclosure and so on.

New Z32 real time CNC system, with dynamic and geometric JERK control. The date exchange between CNC system and machine drive system is adopted with fiber and power modulation for the ultimate cutting quality in the corners

Smart Manager is originally imported from Europe. This software is based on the Windows
XP system and can fully interface with Italy CNC system which original imported. Therefore the real control of the machine, the laser source and software update is more convenient and fast.
