In May 2024, the 2024 Chery Tiggo7 was officially launched, and a total of three configuration models were launched.

The Tiggo 7SPORT is equipped with a new 1.5T engine independently developed by Chery, with a thermal efficiency of 37.1%, which is the highest among the mass-produced engines of Chinese brands. In the transmission part, the Tigo 7SPORT uses a 6-speed dry dual-clutch transmission for air intake, which is also the first Chery model to use a DCT dual-clutch transmission.
