The Mezzanine rack is a self-supporting, walk-on platform of steel construction which can sometimes also be driven on. It creates an additional storage area within an existing warehouse. Mezzanine storage system provides a multi-level system which significantly increase your storage capabilities by expanding upward rather than outward

The Mezzanine floor system is a middle mezzanine built on the existing shelf or work site for increasing storage area.

Cargos are usually elevated to the second floor or third floor by forklifts, hydraulic lifts or freight elevator, and then sent to a location by a car or pallettruck.

Operation

Mezzanine racking System can be designed so that not only hand pallet trucks but also electric pallet trucks can work on them. The material flow from the ground floor to the platform is handled by fork lift trucks or conveyor technology. Personnel access is provided by stairs.
