Glass automatic sandblasting machine designed according to the marketing requirement that control by the PLC, suitable for processing 5-40mm thickness of flat glass to different kind of frosting patterns . The transmission
control by the photo switch and limit switch automatically. Glass conveys by the belt, and the guns driven by chain so that can be move up and down for sandblasting (the distance can be adjusted according to the requirement). Ⅲ.Transportation and Installation
1. Transportation
As for easy transportation the equipment will be separate before delivery and will reinstall again when reach the correct position.It must adopt two slings through the two side of dust collector which sling dog should be on the top side of sym center(as diagram),The hoist capacity should not be less than 1000kg.
2. Installation
Accord drawing sizes to hoist the machine to suitable place in workshop, then install glass rack and conveyor rail. Pay attention to adjusting glass rack to make supporting wheels’ surface of glass rack and supporting wheels’ surface of main body match together.
