High Temp FEP ETFE Extruded 20 Gauge high temperature Coated Silver Wire
high temperature is called fluoroplastics,There are PTFE, FEP, PFA,
ETFE total four types
high temperature PTFE: PTFE wire can be continuously used at 250
degree, very low coefficient of friction, good wear resistance and
excellent chemical stability.
high temperature FEP: FEP wire with excellent chemical stability,
excellent non-stick characteristics, the maximum operating
temperature is 200℃.
high temperature PFA: PFA wire has higher continuous service
temperature of 250℃, stronger toughness, especially suitable for
use in high temperature anti-stick and chemical resistance
applications
high temperature ETFE: ETFE wire is a copolymer of ethylene and
tetrafluoroethylene with excellent chemical resistance and
continuous operation at 150℃
Sanco cable can provide standard off-the-shelf high temperature wire or cable as well as design a product that will suit any high temperature environment or application. Common high temperature applications include:
1. Aviation Wiring
2. Aerospace Wiring
3. Electronics Wiring
4. Medical Wiring
5. Appliance Wiring
6. Lighting Industry
7. Military Applications
8. Oil and Gas Industry Applications
9. Chemical Industry Applications
