high temperature High Temperature Resistance Silver Plated 14 Gauge Wire
high temperature is called fluoroplastics,There are PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE total four types
high temperature PTFE: PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) wire can be
continuously used at 260 degree, with a maximum service temperature
of 290-300 degree, very low coefficient of friction, good wear
resistance and excellent chemical stability. ,
high temperature FEP: FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene
copolymer) wire with excellent chemical stability, excellent
non-stick characteristics, the maximum operating temperature is
200℃.
high temperature PFA: PFA (perfluoroalkyl compound) wire has higher
continuous service temperature of 250℃, stronger toughness,
especially suitable for use in high temperature anti-stick and
chemical resistance applications
high temperature ETFE: ETFE wire is a copolymer of ethylene and
tetrafluoroethylene with excellent chemical resistance and
continuous operation at 150℃
Applications of High temperature wires
1. Internal wiring for electronic devices, information devices,
etc.
2. Wiring for use near furnaces and engines which reach high
temperatures
3. Secondary lead wires for general equipment
4. Wiring in environments with high and low temperatures
